Eurolux Doors and Windows has been featured across two residences recognised in Betterhomes’ Dubai’s Top 50 Homes, with installations at Villa 62, Sanctuary Falls in Jumeirah Golf Estates, and The Nest in Al Barari.
The recognition places both projects among a selection of some of Dubai’s most notable private residences, celebrating exceptional architecture, design and execution across the city’s luxury residential market.
The Nest, Al Barari was also named the People’s Choice Award winner, further recognising the strength of the project’s overall design and delivery.
Expansive Glazing Designed Around the Architecture
Across both residences, Eurolux supplied and installed aluminium window and door systems designed to maximise natural light and create a strong connection between the interior spaces and surrounding landscape.
Large-format glazing and expansive openings were integrated into the architecture to enhance the sense of openness throughout the properties, while maintaining the performance and precision required for high-end residential applications.
The installations reflect Eurolux’s approach to bespoke residential projects, where system design, scale and technical requirements are developed in response to the architecture rather than treated as standalone elements.
A 7-Metre Motorised Sliding Door at The Nest
A defining feature at The Nest is the 7-metre motorised sliding door, creating an uninterrupted glazed opening between the interior and exterior spaces.
The scale of the system required a combination of detailed engineering, precision installation and reliable motorised operation, allowing the large-format door to retain a clean architectural finish while delivering smooth functionality.
The result is one of the project’s most distinctive architectural elements, bringing together scale, transparency and technical performance within a single opening.
Recognition Across Two Landmark Residences
Featuring in two of Dubai’s Top 50 Homes reflects the level of residential work Eurolux continues to deliver across some of the city’s most established luxury communities.
From expansive glazing to bespoke aluminium window and door systems, both projects demonstrate how considered engineering and installation can contribute directly to the wider architectural vision of a residence.
